We all write for a reason. It can be as simple as escaping the mundane or the often harsh and haywired sense of modernity. But for most of us, we write to find our voice amidst the din of hardmetal rock.

Together, let us rediscover the power of the written word, let us rediscover our voice.

Writers Are Pretty Messed Up

There's this best-selling adventure writer in the movie 'Nim's Island,' named Alex Rover. We always find her talking with her alter ego and only friend or washing her hands over and over again, and to top it all off, she has a phobia of almost everything! Talk about an adventurer!
This is a messed up writer at its finest.

And have you ever wondered why Edgar Allan Poe's works always give off this haunted aura? Well, because he was always drunk when he wrote. A disowned drunkard and drug-addict he was up to his eye balls in debt and was jailed several times. And its gets better when he married his 13-yr old cousin. Nevertheless, Poe remains to this day, one of the greatest writers in all genre.

Remember that writers that stay on track will always get hit. To be great writers we have to deviate once in a while.
I had a pretty messed-up life to.
What's your story?
Watch out for mine.
